how you are doing compared to others your age? Whether you feel fit as a fiddle, or are recovering from surgery or injury–it’s always good to know how you are doing overall on some key indicators for wellbeing. Using clinical grade devices, we will measure your body composition and VO2 Max. We will also measure your strength and mobility across a range of exercises. Our assessment will take about 1 & 1/2 hours, after which you will get a detailed report showing how you stand up to your age/gender peers. At the end of it, you will know what areas you need to work on to ensure a good health span, not just a good lifespan.
