Curious about yoga but not sure where to begin? Our 4-Week Yoga for Complete Beginners Course is designed to make your first steps into yoga simple, comfortable and enjoyable.
Over four weeks, you’ll be introduced to the building blocks of a yoga practice at a relaxed and accessible pace. We’ll break down key poses, simple sequences and breathing techniques, giving you plenty of time to learn, ask questions and build confidence without feeling like you need to keep up.
No flexibility, fitness or previous yoga experience is needed, just come as you are. Each week builds gently on the last, helping you become familiar with the movements, language and flow of a typical yoga class.
By the end of the course, you’ll have a strong foundation and feel ready to progress into our Vinyasa Level 1 class with confidence.

This therapeutic Pilates class is thoughtfully designed for individuals living with cancer, those with a history of cancer, and people managing chronic illness or injury.
Classes emphasise postural awareness, core stability, breathwork, and functional movement, with exercises carefully modified to accommodate fatigue, pain, limited range of motion, surgical recovery, neuropathy, lymphedema risk, and other pre or post treatment-related or chronic conditions. Participants are encouraged to work at their own pace, with rest always welcomed and options (including chairs) provided throughout. We are also wheelchair accessible.
Whether you are awaiting treatment, currently in treatment, recovering, or navigating long-term changes in your body, this class offers a safe space to connect with movement, build resilience, and support healing, —physically and mentally.
No prior Pilates experience is required.
