DISCOVER A DEEPER
understanding of your fitness with our VO2 max test, designed to measure how efficiently your body uses oxygen during exercise. This advanced assessment offers a clear picture of your cardiovascular fitness, endurance, and overall performance, helping you train with greater confidence and purpose.
Whether you are looking to improve your health, build stamina, or establish a meaningful fitness baseline, VO2 max testing gives you personalised data you can use.
Why Choose VO2 Max Testing?
VO2 max is one of the most valuable indicators of aerobic fitness and exercise capacity. By understanding your score, you can see how your body is performing, how it compares with age and gender benchmarks, and where there may be room to grow.
WHAT TO EXCEPT?
Your appointment begins with a review of your details before our expert fits you with a heart rate monitor and breathing mask. You will then be positioned on an exercise bike, where you will cycle for approximately 10 to 20 minutes.
During the test, the effort level gradually increases until you reach your maximum. After a short wind-down, you will receive a detailed report showing your VO2 max result in ml/kg/min. We will explain what your score means and how it compares to age and gender benchmarks.
