General Terms

  1. Acceptance of Terms: By booking a treatment, class, or event at Dāha Wellness, you agree to comply with our terms and conditions.
  2. Right to Refuse Service: Dāha Wellness reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

Booking and Cancellation Policy

  1. Booking: All bookings must be made in advance through our website, email, phone, or in-person.
  2. Once your booking is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. Please review the details carefully and notify us immediately if any changes are needed.
  3. Rescheduling: Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without any charges. 
  4. Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment or class to avoid a cancellation fee.
  5. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a booked appointment or class without prior notice will result in a no-show fee equivalent to the full cost of the service.
  6. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, your session may be shortened to avoid delays for other clients. Full charges will apply.

Payment

  1. Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards, One4All Gift Cards and Dāha Wellness Gift Vouchers.
  2. Deposits: A deposit may be required for certain treatments, classes, or events. This will be communicated at the time of booking.
  3. Refunds for cancellations made in accordance with our cancellation policy will be processed within 7-10 business days. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late cancellations.

Health and Safety

  1. Health Conditions: Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to the treatment or class. This information is crucial for your safety and to tailor the service to your needs.
  2. Hygiene: Please maintain personal hygiene before attending treatments or classes. Shower facilities are available for your convenience.

Liability

  1. Personal Belongings: Dāha Wellness is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings. Please keep your valuables secure.
  2. Injury: Clients participate in treatments, classes, and events at their own risk. Dāha Wellness is not liable for any injuries sustained during your visit.

Code of Conduct

  1. Respect: Clients are expected to treat staff and other clients with respect. Any form of harassment or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
  2. Quiet Environment: To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, please keep noise levels to a minimum, we kindly ask that mobile phones are on silent mode during your visit.

Membership and Gift Vouchers

  1. Membership: Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable. Specific terms related to memberships will be provided upon signing up.
  2. Gift Vouchers: Gift vouchers are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase and can be redeemed for treatments, classes, or products. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Amendments: Dāha Wellness reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via our website and in our wellness centre.

By booking and attending a session at Dāha Wellness, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
