This therapeutic Pilates class is thoughtfully designed for individuals living with cancer, those with a history of cancer, and people managing chronic illness or injury.
Classes emphasise postural awareness, core stability, breathwork, and functional movement, with exercises carefully modified to accommodate fatigue, pain, limited range of motion, surgical recovery, neuropathy, lymphedema risk, and other pre or post treatment-related or chronic conditions. Participants are encouraged to work at their own pace, with rest always welcomed and options (including chairs) provided throughout. We are also wheelchair accessible.
Whether you are awaiting treatment, currently in treatment, recovering, or navigating long-term changes in your body, this class offers a safe space to connect with movement, build resilience, and support healing, —physically and mentally.
No prior Pilates experience is required.
