After 2-4 weeks you will return for a follow up 30 minute consultation to review your sleep history, strategise some improvements and help you on your way to improved wellbeing.

This consultation offers assessment from a qualified medical herbalist who will give you practical strategies to boost energy and overall well being, with specific referrals if necessary. The session is designed to help you regain your energy and vitality by addressing underlying causes of fatigue, stress, and imbalance. Using a holistic approach, it focuses on uncovering root causes—such as diet, hormonal changes, stress, food sensitivities, and lifestyle habits—especially for those who feel out of balance.
