the importance of the amount you sleep and the quality of that sleep cannot be overstated. Over the past 100 years we have moved away from emphasising the benefits of a restful night to the glory of “only needing” 5 hours sleep a night. We go to bed late, watch too many videos before bed, and get up at the crack of dawn without adequate rest.
If you are keen to address your sleep quality, this consultation equips you to do that. We will start with a 30 minute consultation around your sleep habits, equip you with an Ōura ring, and log you into our assessment tool. After 2-4 weeks you will return for a follow up 30 minute consultation to review your sleep history, strategise some improvements and help you on your way to improved wellbeing.
