Functional Medicine Consultation
An in-depth 1:1 session designed to identify the root causes of your health concerns. Includes a thorough review of your medical history and recent blood work or lab results (if available), plus a personalised wellness plan. Perfect if you’re ready to move beyond guesswork and feel your best again.
VO2 Max Test
We use specialised equipment to test your maximum oxygen uptake during exercise. After reviewing your details, our expert will fit you with a heart monitor and the breathing mask before positioning you on an exercise bike. You will cycle for a period of 10-20 minutes during which time we will increase the effort required until you reach your maximum. After your wind down, we will give you a detailed report of your VO2 max level in ml/kg/min and explain how it is in comparison to age/gender benchmarks. From there, it's up to you and your trainer to get you to the next level!
