Vinyasa Level 1

Expect a steady pace, clear instruction, and options for modifications to support learning and confidence.

Vinyasa Level 2/3

GROW YOUR PRACTICE with Vinyasa Level 2/3. Designed for practitioners comfortable with faster-paced flows and more advanced postures, this class offers a deeper challenge. Emphasizing fluid transitions, sustained stamina, and core integration, it invites you to develop your practice with greater intensity, refined body awareness, and focused breath. Variations will be offered, but expect a vigorous, empowering flow that strengthens your core and elevates your entire practice.

Ashtanga

DYNAMIC instructor-led Ashtanga yoga classes are designed to welcome all levels—from beginners taking their first steps on the mat to seasoned practitioners seeking deeper alignment. Rooted in a traditional sequence of postures, Ashtanga offers a powerful, flowing practice that synchronises breath with movement to build strength, flexibility, and focus. 

Our skilled instructors will guide you through each pose with modifications and personal support, helping you honour your own pace while experiencing the transformative rhythm of this moving meditation.

Mums to be

Embrace your pregnancy journey with our Mums to Be Yoga class, specially tailored for expectant mothers. This nurturing class offers gentle movements and breathing techniques designed to support a healthy and comfortable pregnancy.

Our experienced instructors guide you through poses that enhance relaxation, improve flexibility, and promote overall well-being, helping you to connect with your body and your growing baby. Lunchtime Express Classes

Yin

END YOUR DAY WITH an hour long Yin class. Yin yoga is a deeply nourishing practice that engages the body through slow, sustained poses held for several minutes. By targeting the innermost layers of the body—deep fascia, ligaments, joints, bones, and energy meridians—this practice invites stillness, patience, and deep release. It creates space not only in the body but also in the mind, helping to ease stress and restore balance.

Restorative Yoga with Sound Bath

UNWIND AND RECONNECT during our weekly Restorative Yoga class and Sound Bath. This combines gentle poses followed by a sound bath to relieve stress and rejuvenate body and mind. Using supportive props, this practice encourages natural tension release and calms the nervous system. Sound baths are a therapeutic practice that uses vibrations from instruments like crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, and other instruments to promote relaxation, balance, and overall well-being.

Movement is Medicine Yoga

AN ADAPTIVE, INCLUSIVE class designed for all levels of mobility. Whether you’re easing into movement, working with physical limitations, or simply seeking a gentle, supportive practice, this class offers chair options, gentle flow, breathwork, and rest-based recovery.
