Our blood biomarkers provide insight into what is happening inside your body, helping us understand key aspects of your health, including inflammation, cardiovascular risk, metabolic health and healthy ageing. It’s important to measure the physical capacities that actually predict whether you will be independent, mobile and able to do all the things you want to do in your seventies and eighties. Peter Attia calls this your “centenarian decathlon” and can range from being able to lift your carry-on into the overhead locker, to playing 18 holes of golf, to holding your grandchildren.
The tests we do at Dāha are rooted in science and backed by large-scale studies. Together they test your aerobic capacity, your grip strength, single-leg balance, your sit-to-stand ability. You can do our full test suite or pick a la carte from other targeted options.
V02 Max Test
We have partnered with Kiwi Fit and use specialised equipment to test your maximum oxygen uptake during exercise. After reviewing your details, and performing the test, we will give you a detailed report of your VO2 max level in ml/kg/min and explain how it is in comparison to age/gender benchmarks.
Benchmark Your Body
If you really want to know how your body is doing across all the key markers, this is the test for you. Using clinical grade devices, we will measure your body composition and VO2 Max. We will also measure your strength and mobility according to the science-back biomarkers of longevity.
Body Composition Analysis
Our advanced Tanita Body Composition Analysis provides a detailed insight into your health beyond the number on the scales. In just a few minutes, you'll receive a personalised report showing key metrics including body fat, muscle mass, hydration, metabolic age, and visceral fat levels. The assessment can also identify low bone mass indicators that may suggest a risk of osteopenia.
